Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

ReplyAgent operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as top-up packs and are used to generate AI-powered email responses. Each credit pack purchase is a one-time transaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Unused Credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Service Issues: If the Service was unavailable or malfunctioning for an extended period, preventing you from using purchased credits, we will issue a proportional refund or credit extension.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have already been consumed (used for AI reply generation, classification, or other AI operations).
  • Trial credits provided at no cost during account creation.
  • Credits purchased more than 14 days ago, regardless of usage.

4. Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Any unused credits from your subscription will remain available until the end of the billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The updated policy will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change.
